We located in the suburb of St Albans, and close to transport, superb shopping malls, restaurants and civic amenities. The CBD of Christchurch is around the corner and the Christchurch International Airport 9.5 km away.

A nice friendly place
Pretty good location, helpful and friendly staff, nice clean and tidy accommodation. Good heating which was essential.

Dead flowers in the flower beds was a good indicator of the state of this motel. There was dirt on the floors, on walls around windows where there was also mould. The door lock needed repairing, as the key was very difficult to turn to unlock it and the door was very difficult to close securely. When i pointed this out i was told to turn the key with 'more power'.! when the toilet paper supply ran out it was not replaced. There was no heater in the bathroom and no bedroom heating or electric blanket on the beds, bit hard to take in christchurch winters. It is very misleading to call this a good motel. .

The unit was nice and clean. Good value and the hostess was very helpful. Would stay again as the motels are also in a good location. .
