Clean and tidy motel unit, although a little dated. Well priced. Good for overnight stay. Handily placed to riccarton and cbd/ hagley park.

Great stay .within walking distance of temp stadium (25 min ). Unit very roomy with separate kitchen and lounge. Would stay again.

Well equiped unit. Very clean with bedding & towels. The units are very tired & really need a makeover. Laundry room was not clean. Great location bus stop outside & Warehouse right opposite. The Hostess was OK but felt a smile would have gone down well!! Hey, what CHCH have been through, can appareciate smiles are very far few between. Sue Smith 2-4th April 2012

Great motel, everything you need
Nice motel fairly close to Riccarton mall (20 min walk). The studio room with separate bathroom and kitchen was extremely clean and well appointed. I was really impressed.
