Reasonable price compared to others in CHCH at the moment, but very dated, and the room I was in was in need of a new everything (except the TV). Clean.

The friendliness and assistance of the staff was well noted, on arrival, during our stay and when leaving. Our Unit was clean, comfortable although a little dated. The outside of the Costwold is just delightful, giving you the feeling of being in a English Village. We would consider our stay of good value.

Large rooms and quiet. Very spacious in all areas and well equipped.TV's in both bedrooms avoided a dispute over rooms. Excellent reception service that made the stay pleasant.

Very dated interior. Self catering accommodation had no cooking facilities!!! Very helpful and friendly staff.
